# Consume Topic from Confluent Cloud

hi, I’ve got an issue with consuming data from confluent cloud topic. when I push data to the topic there is no problem with that, everything was fine. but when I tried to consume, the topic broker can’t be accessed or the request was too long and always disconnected. what’s the reason for the issue?

and when I want to get data from confluent cloud using logstash configuration below I face same problem:
