# Force delete a connector

I am attempting to delete a cluster from an account but I am blocked from doing so due to a connector still running. When i try to delete the connector i get there following error message in the Confluent cloud UI.

“unable to unmask merged user configs: unable to get external connect secret by logical id: lcc-nvmro6: no secret with id: connector\_lcc-nvmro6”

Is there a way to force delete a connector in Confluent cloud UI?
