I’m Neil Buesing a software developer working for a consulting company for over 20 years here in Minneapolis, MN 🇺🇸. I lead the Real-Time Data work at Object Partners as the vice-president of Streaming Technologies. I have contributed to the community mostly by presentations at Kafka Summit and Community Meetups. I am fortunate to be able to share more about the work I get to do at OPI with a [Streaming Audio Episode](https://developer.confluent.io/podcast/building-an-apache-kafka-center-of-excellence-within-your-organization-ft-neil-buesing). Currently, I am developing streaming applications using Kafka Streams for a client. I am a 2020-21 [Confluent Community Catalysts](https://www.confluent.io/nominate/) and being part of this community has been very rewarding. It has been the most fun I have had in my consulting career. ---
