# Kafka-reassign-partitions.sh VS other tools

Dear friends

We have Kafka Apache cluster with version 2.6

On of the Kafka tools is kafka-reassign-partitions.sh , that we are using in order to balance the Kafka brokers against topics partitions

We are Intrigued , if other external Kafka tools can do re- assign partitions.

I would appreciate to get links for that

I just mentioned this , because kafka-reassign-partitions.sh , not always success to reassign all partitions
