hello all,
I wanted to find out if I could use ansible or terraform in a devOps pipeline with Confluent cloud? The objective would be that the pipeline can securely login to the cloud account and then create connectors using a devops pipeline?
I can see this sort of documentation for Confluent Platform but not for confluent cloud.
regards
Milind.

Hi Milind!
It is definitely possible and many customers do this however I don’t think there are any artifacts freely available. There are APIs and CLI commands that could be scripted but we don’t have an end-to-end how-to.

Here is a nice blog from 2020 that might get you started!

> The streaming-ops project studies ways to manage event streaming applications and cloud services declaratively while providing solutions to DevOps concerns using GitOps and Kubernetes.

Confluent is working on a Terraform provider.

V0.4 was released this week - see [terraform-provider-confluentcloud/CHANGELOG.md at a1758cfd64209dec64b3a099254ab5faf97c41b0 · confluentinc/terraform-provider-confluentcloud · GitHub](https://github.com/confluentinc/terraform-provider-confluentcloud/blob/a1758cfd64209dec64b3a099254ab5faf97c41b0/CHANGELOG.md#040-january-28-2022)
