Can I create a time window in future

I have some pre-generate future events and i want to process them in the future. Can I create a time window in the future?

Something I have tried:

  1. Follow Event-time semantics using ksqlDB to change the rowtime to future
  2. Create a table with a tumbling window

But my table only be inserted by the time window a few minutes later and missed those in the future. Any Idea?
