How to create Consumer Group in Confluent Cloud

Hi,

  I am new to Confluent Cloud, and doing R&D on Confluent Cloud for Producing and Consuming message using Rest Proxy API. When I make a GET request to {confluentUrl}/kafka/v3/clusters/{cluster_id}/consumer-groups, i got response with empty consumer_group_id.

 **"consumer_group_id": "",**
 **     "is_simple": true,**
**     "partition_assignor": "",**
**     "state": "EMPTY",**

 How i can create Consumer Group and Consumer in Confluent Cloud.
