Learning path after initial stage

Hi all,

I am relatively very new to Apache Kafka, and have just completed a very basic Udemy course on same.
There are so many topics in Apache kafka to learn, and it makes it a bit confusing.
So what should be course of learning at this stage? Which topics should one start working upon once initial knowledge is gained?
