Lost access to Confluent Cloud

Hey!

I disabled SSO on our confluent cloud platform, and did not have a username/password setup. Now we are locked out of the platform and are not getting password reset emails either. I used Contact Us | Confluent to get help but they asked me to check the support page, try getting help through Slack or this forum.

What should we do in this regard?

Can you send an email to support@confluent.io with as many relevant details as possible please. Make sure to include the email address of the person who created the organisation in Confluent Cloud, and if you have it the organisation ID.
