Tabular's Kafka Iceberg Sink Connector not working with Event Hubs

The Connector is not working with Azure Eventhub’s Kafka head.

Its not creating snapshots in Iceberg meta data. Its working when I use with confluent Kafka.

Please advice on how to fix this.
