Billing issue – No response on support ticket #347335

Hi,

I opened a billing support request (#347335) regarding a $369.33 charge on my Confluent Cloud account, but I have not yet received a response.

This usage was accidental during a workshop, and I have already deleted all resources and exited the organization. The payment attempts are still being retried.

Could someone from the billing/support team please help review my case or guide me on next steps?
