So far, nothing concretely, I will notify as soon as I get that I can contribute.
Just MUCH easier for me, to use a public facing copy in a repo, in which you can get benefits such as
- easier to follow the adjustments made, between versions
- get some idea, based on commits, about the reason of the adjustments or news
- easier to navigate / search through the documentation – simple “ctrl+f” –
- skip distractions of icons / banners / dozens of links / … typically found in a website, than just having a simple raw “.md” / “.adoc” / “.mdx” …, with the content itself
- more straigh way to report questions / suggest ideas by the consumer of the documentation itself
- …
Maybe, some of them, are pretty subjective, but those are my thoughs
