Didn't receive certification or badge after CCDAK Exam

Hi team,

I completed my CCDAK exam recently, but I haven’t received the certification or badge yet. I used the same email ID for both the exam and my Confluent account, so I’m not sure what might be causing the delay.

Could someone from the support team please help look into this?

Hi @adugar, please contact certification@confluent.io about this. I know that we replatformed recently so there may be a change or issue with certification badges being sent out.
