Error on startup

Greetings,
I’ve been battling getting ksqldb to run on my laptop for some days now. I currently have kafka running with no issue. I have downloaded confluent-ksqldb-0.29.0 and it’s in my /opt folder. While kafak is running, I run the command:

Please help. I’ve tried this also starting ksqldb from docker with the same results.
