How do we debug clusters stuck in "Provisioning" fof hours?

Pretty much that, I setup VPC peering and spun up a dedicated cluster… which instantly got stuck in “Provisioning”.

And then I spun up a 2nd one which also immediately got stuck.

And they’re still stuck and billing us and we have no visibility.
