Hi, Our __schemas topic started growing big, and we currently have over 200k records in the topic and size is around 80 MB. We have around 7k-8k schemas in total.
Size 80 MB is not big, but every time we rollout changes to Schema Registry K8s , they take long time (~2 minute) to scan through the schemas topic and we had to bump the kafkastoreinit timeout value from default 60 secs.
Our workloads continue to grow and expecting our Schema Registry will grow double in size over the next year. Is it good idea to have dedicated Schema Registry instances for each application separate? or is it normal to keep increasing the timeout settings and size of the Schema Registry topic?
