Stream multiple databases cdc logs from one cloud sql instance

Hello,

I’m using Confluent cloud (GCP) with fully manged “PostgreSQL CDC Source Connector (Debezium) for Confluent Cloud”
In google cloud sql is it possible to transfer change logs from multiple databases if you have all the db in one cloud sql instance?
I encountered the following error message: Only one instance of the PostgreSQL CDC Source connector can be run per database host at a time.
