Tumbling window with Emit Final

SELECT 
>  id,
>  visitorName
>  FROM vister_List_stream
>  WINDOW TUMBLING (SIZE 10 MINUTE)
>  GROUP BY id EMIT CHANGES;

EMIT CHANGES - its immediately push the message to final_visitor with out 1 minute delay

EMIT FINAL - Not even get any message after one minute

Use case : every 10 minute delay I want to Receive the message to final_visitor what i have in vister_List_stream stream
