We created a project to use the whole Apache Kafka from .NET: the latest release added a lot of classes related to Apache Kafka Connect which are usable from .NET. The main goal of Apache Kafka Connect is to have a framework able to build connectors to get or set data from/to an Apache Kafka Cluster. It is based on Java (or any JVM enabled language), we are thinking to build an SDK to write such connectors from .NET.
