What issues are you having with the existing documentation running kubectl or Helm commands?

No issues with existing documentation. I am looking for an Refernce architecture with CFK on AWS EKS.

CFK isn’t unique other than it runs in Kubernetes nodes, so pick nodes with enough memory to run Kafka related tasks.

You can follow the same as Confluent Platform. Confluent Platform Reference Architecture - Confluent
