Kafka in Docker using Confluent CLI doesn't work

As shown in Developer guide page under “Local” Kafka Location, it says that a Local Kafka cluster can be started by Confluent CLI but it doesn’t work.

I have put all the details about this problem in this Stackoverflow question: Kafka in Docker using Confluent CLI doesn't work - Stack Overflow.

It started working after Docker Desktop Restart.
