I’m new to Kakfa Connect, from what I’ve read the connector plugin JARs need to be accessible/present to the worker nodes on startup.
As would like to add new connector plugins without having to restart the workers.
Is this possible?

Just thinking out loud…
If the connectors are not on the image itself, but on an S3 bucket or another external share.
Then I guess you could update the connector JARs, then slowly scale down and up the cluster nodes.
Which would load the new connector JARs.
Does anybody use this approach?
