Support for Kafka Connector for OpenSearch

Hi Team,

We have been using KafkaConnect for elasticsearch in our product. Lately, we are evaluating the migration from elasticsearch to opensearch due to license issues. Can you please help us know if there is anything planned in your roadmap to support or release an open search connector? It would help us to make the decision.
