I have a problem from Confluent localhost interface

I’m traing to conect the Confluent localhost visual, but when I write the command for run:

.\bin\control-center-start .\etc\confluent-control-center\control-center.properties

I dont have any response or error log and too dont run on the local host, can help me please?
